By accessing or using OnPDF.org ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

OnPDF provides an online tool for generating legal document templates, including but not limited to bills of sale, promissory notes, and other legal forms. Documents are generated in your web browser based on information you provide and are delivered as downloadable PDF files.

OnPDF is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and is not a substitute for the advice of an attorney.

The documents generated by OnPDF are templates based on publicly available state statutes and general legal requirements. They are provided for informational purposes and as a starting point for your legal documentation needs.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any document you generate is accurate, complete, and legally sufficient for your specific situation. We strongly recommend consulting with a qualified attorney if you have questions about the legal implications of any document.

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure that our document templates reflect current state laws and requirements, we do not guarantee that the information presented is accurate, complete, or current. Laws change frequently, and the applicability of any template to your specific situation may vary.

You are responsible for verifying all information in any document you generate, including but not limited to: state statute citations, required fields, notarization requirements, and filing deadlines.

You agree to:

• Use generated documents only for lawful purposes
• Verify the legal sufficiency of any document before relying on it
• Not use the Service to generate fraudulent, misleading, or illegal documents
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the Service

OnPDF offers free watermarked preview documents and paid clean (non-watermarked) documents. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase. All payments are one-time purchases — there are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or hidden fees.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these terms.

Because you have the opportunity to preview your document (with watermark) before purchasing, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from receiving your purchased document, contact us at support@onpdf.org and we will resolve the issue or provide a refund.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnPDF and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages arising from: reliance on any document generated by the Service, errors or omissions in document templates, changes in applicable law, or any transaction conducted using a document generated by the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that documents will be legally sufficient for any particular purpose.

The OnPDF website, including its design, code, and content (excluding user-generated document content and publicly available legal statutes), is the intellectual property of OnPDF. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our written consent.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
