OnPDF ("we," "our," or "us") operates the website OnPDF.org. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our service.

The short version: your document data never leaves your browser. We don't store it, sell it, or share it.

OnPDF generates documents entirely in your web browser using client-side JavaScript. The information you enter into our forms — including names, addresses, vehicle information, loan terms, and all other document data — is processed locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

We do not collect, store, or have access to:

• Names, addresses, or contact information entered into document forms
• Vehicle identification numbers (VINs) or vehicle details
• Financial information entered into forms (purchase prices, loan amounts, interest rates)
• Generated PDF documents

Like most websites, we may collect limited, non-personal information to understand how our site is used:

• Analytics data: Pages visited, time on site, referring URLs, browser type, device type, and general geographic location (country/region level only). This data is anonymized and aggregated.
• Server logs: Our hosting provider may automatically collect IP addresses, request timestamps, and URLs accessed. These logs are used for security and performance monitoring and are not linked to individual users.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you make a purchase, your payment information (credit card number, billing address) is collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not receive, store, or have access to your full credit card number. We may receive your name, email address, and the last four digits of your card for transaction records. OnPDF does not use tracking cookies. We may use essential cookies required for site functionality (such as maintaining a session during the payment process). We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

• Hosting provider: Website hosting and delivery

Our site is served over HTTPS, ensuring that all data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted. Since document data is processed entirely in your browser, there is no server-side database of user documents to protect — or to breach.

OnPDF is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
